About me

Allow me to introduce myself! I’m Bri, a wife and mama to 3 beautiful babies. I love thrifting, reading, journaling, cooking and learning the old fashioned skills of our ancestors. Aside from being a doula, I stay home with my kiddos and homeschool my older two. You’ll often find us out in nature exploring somewhere or at home reading Brambly Hedge whilst enjoying a snack.

My journey as a doula started with the birth of my first baby. I had my daughter at the hospital and felt very unsupported. I ended up having a forceps delivery and a really hard postpartum healing process. When I found out that I was pregnant with my son, I knew I wanted a different experience. I ended up finding a local midwife and doula that supported me throughout pregnancy and the birth of my son.

It was such a positive experience that I found myself enamored with the thought of helping others have empowering birth experiences. I attended my first home birth, with my son in a baby carrier, four months later. Since then, I have been passionate about all things birth and equipping parents to make informed decisions and transition into parenthood smooth and enjoyable.
